Lithoz CeraFab S65 ceramic 3D printer

Stereolithographic 3D printer for ceramic materials (CeraFab System S65, Lithoz GmbH)

Person responsible: Jošt Oblak

CeraFab S65 is an advanced additive manufacturing system designed for DLP-based processing of highly viscous, photoactive ceramic slurries. It enables the production of spatially complex and highly detailed ceramic components. The system operates by solidifying a photoactive suspension of ceramic powder in a layer-by-layer fashion.

Technical details

  • Lateral resolution: 40µm
  • Build speed: up to 150 layers per hour
  • Layer thickness: 10 – 200µm
  • Building envelope: (x / y / z): 102 x 64 x 320mm
  • Photocuring wavelenght: 460nm (blue)
  • Enclosure temperature: room temperature - 40°C
