ABOUT ME

As Project Office Manager at the Advanced Materials Department of the Jožef Stefan Institute since 2016, I provide comprehensive support to researchers across the full project lifecycle. This includes guidance during project proposal preparation, as well as hands-on assistance with post-grant activities such as financial monitoring, budget tracking, and reporting.

With a unique blend of technical and business expertise—rooted in a BSc in Food Science and Technology and an MSc in Entrepreneurial Studies—I help ensure that research initiatives are both scientifically ambitious and administratively sound. My master’s thesis focused on performance monitoring in a veterinary hospital, reflecting my long-standing interest in structured process improvement.

I am passionate about creating energizing, collaborative environments, where transparent communication and mutual support drive meaningful results. I believe that a dynamic workplace culture fuels innovation, and I bring this philosophy into every aspect of my work with the research community.

I thrive in a vibrant, agile workplace culture that are energizing and grounded in positive, collaborative relationships.
