-Electro-caloric effect and energy storage in ferroelectric materials.

-Elaboration of thin films and superlattices by PLD technique. 
-Electrical characterization (impedance spectroscopy, dielectric, ferroelectric, I(V)…). 
-RHEED, X-ray diffraction, SEM, EDS. - Raman Spectroscopy ((Jobin Yvon T64000 spectrometer and Renishaw spectrometer).
