One of the 20 most cited Journal of the European Ceramic Society articles is the paper authored by colleagues from the Advanced materials department


Paper entitled ´Compositional range and electrical properties of the morphotropic phase boundary in the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-K0.5Bi0.5TiO3 system´, authored by colleagues from the Advanced materials department is one of the 20 most cited Journal of the European Ceramic Society articles published since 2010. The paper gives an overview of the structural and electrical properties of the lead-free piezoelectric system and determines the morphotropic phase boundary as a unique compositionally driven boundary of structural disorder that contributes to electromechanical property-enhancement.
