Measurements at the European Synchrotron Radiaton Facility (ESRF)

Dr. Daniel Díaz Fernandez, Tjaša Parkelj and Urška Gabor were conducting measurements at the European Synchrotron Radiaton Facility (ESRF) in Grenoble, France. The measurements, which involved X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray reflection (XRR), were carried out at the BM-25 beamline (SpLine). The majority of the measured samples consisted of PLD-deposited thin layers of SrTiO3 (STO) , grown on Si. The results of these measurements serve as valuable information concerning the integration of STO and other functional oxides with Si.
