Relocation of electrical characterization laboratory

The electrical characterization laboratory has relocated to its new premises on the first floor of the K9 building. In its new setting, it provides all of its classical measurement facilities: temperature and frequency-dependent measurements of dielectric properties of bulk and thin film materials,  ferroelectric characterization of said materials, as well as microwave measurements of bulk ceramics. With the move, we have also fully integrated some of our newer methods, such as measurements of thermal conductivity and piezoelectricity of bulk materials. Further expansion of our capabilities specifically in the realm of DC I-V measurements is expected in the near future.
